Confession: I am a Procrastinator.

Last final of my law school career: a take home final where I have 24 hours to complete it for the easiest class I have had in the whole four years.

This final should have taken me all of 3 hours to complete. However, since I am a super-procrastinator, I am on my 13th hour and counting. Granted, I have have only done about 2 hours of actual work in all that time. In the meantime, I have accomplished so many other fun things!

I decided that 30 mins into the exam would be the perfect time to finally start the blog I have been talking about started for about 6 months now. (Also, I am writing my second post at the 13 hour mark which is probably some kind of procrastination low....)

I decided that I needed to go get Chipotle for lunch even though I was not even hungry and it was pouring rain outside. Also, if I have just finished the exam at that point, it still would have technically been lunch time when I was finished so the Chipotle run was not really necessary.

I decided that I should go back home after lugging all my school stuff to the law library because I probably needed to do some laundry today. I did not even do the laundry once I got home.

I decided that I should probably try to get past Level 27 on Candy Crush since I feel like a giant loser for still being on that low level. I did accomplish this, but now I am stuck on Level 28. Meanwhile, my friend was recently telling me about how she is stuck on Level 64 which made me feel like the giant loser which led to my NEEDING to play some Candy Crush this afternoon. Seriously though, 64? That's insane. I'm obviously going to need to spend more time playing this game so I can get better.

Then it was time to go to a cookout at my awesome friend's house since this has been planned for weeks and there was no way I was missing it. All my cool work people were there and we had delicious cheesy potatoes. Life just doesn't get much better when there are cheesy potatoes around. So I spent a few hours over there hanging out, talking about the random topics of board games and astrology, and playing with my friend's babies. (Side note, I just remembered that I left Disney Monopoly over there.... crap.)

So now I am back to my exam. Or I guess I should say, back to procrastinating and not writing my exam. :)
