Again with the Cooking....

And now for another episode of "Kelli Cooks Dinner", starring myself. But who are we kidding here? The real star of this show is the food!!! So let's give it up for our ingredients!!


Mushrooms, Carrots, Onions, Snow Peas

Tofu 

Chopped Peanuts

Korean BBQ Sauce

Rice Noodles
If you guessed that we were making an Asian stir-fry, you would be absolutely correct!! First, I cooked the veggies  in a skillet and then added the tofu, peanuts and sauce and let that all blend together and heat up.




Then I just served it over the cooked rice noodles and we were ready to eat!




This meal was super easy and you can mix it up and make it with various meats, veggies or sauces. Chopping the veggies probably took longer than cooking the actual meal. So there you have it, another successful episode of "Cooking with Kelli"! Come back next week when I set out to actually cook a recipe I pinned on Pinterest.
